Replacement/Refund Policy

At NGSmartheadstone.com, all out QR Code products come with a 5 year warranty to endure all weather-related conditions, without fail.

Your custom QR code is guaranteed to withstand weather conditions such as wind, rain, snow, ice, and heat. We anticipate your QR Code will last in place for approximately 20 years however, if your product fails within the 5-year warranty period, we will promptly replace it at no cost to you. No refunds will be granted. Other warranty options are available for an additional fee of $5 per 5 years.

All replacements will be made with an identical version of the original product. It is at our sole discretion to allow changes from the original project.
